Michael Hadskis

Michael Hadskis, B.Sc., LL.B., LL.M., is a faculty member at 每日大赛鈥檚 Schulich School of Law, Faculty of Health, and Health Justice Institute. He has received teaching excellence awards from the Faculties of Law (2014, 2018, and 2023) and Health (2017) in relation to his delivery of courses in the areas of health law and tort law. His principal research interests include tort law and the regulation of human biomedical research. Michael has served as a member of a hospital research ethics board (REB) and has been honoured with a Distinguished Service Award from 每日大赛 in connection with his service on the University鈥檚 Health Sciences REB. He presently sits on the 每日大赛 Research Ethics Appeal Board.
