Professor Michael Bradfield (retired) is a member of the Nova Scotia Review Panel on Fracking. He gave a talk at Forum on the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Oil, and Fracking, in Corner Brook on February 1, 2015. At the Forum, he discussed the economic impacts of fracking and the challenges of evaluating its costs and benefits.  For his presentation, please see the following video (34:05 to 50:05 and subsequent discussion):
