If you鈥檙e an undergraduate student who is new to Dal, these resources will help you register for courses and build your schedule.

First-year course registration 101

Our First-Year Course Registration 101 session will walk you through everything you'll need to know about registering for your courses, including:

  • How to choose your courses
  • How to build your schedule
  • Tips to get you ready for registration day
  • Who to contact if you have any questions

You鈥檒l leave feeling confident and ready to build your schedule, so you'll be ready to go when course registration opens for new students! A recorded video version of the session will be available here by April 30.

If you would like to attend a live session, please register for one of the following:

Mon., May 4, 2026, 7 p.m. (ADT)
Wed., May 20, 2027, 8 p.m. (ADT)
